An Educational Savings Account is created within an existing account, so the setup process is simple and requires no minimum deposit. What's more, members can set up automatic deposits to make contributions on a regular basis. The money grows tax-free, and isn't taxed at withdrawal, as long as the funds are used for educational expenses.
